The following statement gives you an overview of what type of personal data is collected, for what purpose and on what legal basis. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior. In addition, we inform you about your rights towards us as the person responsible.

3. DATA PROCESSING ON THIS WEBSITE

If you only use this website for informational purposes, COMMERCIAL SERVICES GMBH automatically collects and stores information in the server log files that your browser transmits to us. KOALA TRADING INDUSTRIES D.O.O will not assign this data to specific persons and this data will not be merged with other data sources. This data is stored exclusively on servers in Germany. After being used for the above purposes, the data will be deleted by COMMERCIAL SERVICES GMBH after seven days.

4. CONTACT US

If you send us inquiries via our contact form (https://commercial-services.org/contact), we will ask you for your name, your contact details and other information that we need from you. We only use the data you provide to process your inquiries. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b and f GDPR.

5. INFORMATION FOR APPLICANTS

We process all personal data entered via our applicant management form (https://commercial-services.org/contact) and submitted application documents as well as those that you send us by post or e-mail for the sole purpose of processing your application. Your personal data and application documents will be forwarded internally to the responsible departments for this purpose. The legal basis for this processing of your personal data is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter b GDPR and Section 26 Paragraph 1 BDSG.

After completion of the application process, we will delete your application documents in accordance with data protection regulations, provided that further storage of your data is no longer necessary.

6. GOOGLE MAPS

On this website we use the offer of Google Maps. This enables us to show you interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to conveniently use the map function. The legal basis for the use of Google Maps is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f GDPR.
